Bored - Nothing to Do!

This was one of my books growing up. It follows two bored kids as they decide to build a working airplane out of things around their home... including the car engine. The art is detailed and the story itself is a lot of fun. This will always be one of my favorite kids' books.

First Animal Facts: Ocean
Kidsbooks Publishing

The kiddo likes this one mostly for the buttons. She loves to find the animals on each page and press the corresponding sound button. Not much of a story here and the facts are simple. The art is a nice blend of illustrations and photographs.
