I read a lot of books with my kiddo. Kid Reads is a biweekly look at what we've enjoyed recently. ​

Too Much Noise!

Kiddo is starting to take to the Berenstain Bears series. In this particular title, which I've featured before, I can relate to mom and dad bear. Sometimes you just need some quiet. Kiddo loves shouting "Quiet!" along with the text. She also keeps asking about the additional books in the series featured on the back cover.

Fancy Nancy and the Wedding of the Century

I'm fairly certain kiddo thinks she is Fancy Nancy at this point. I don't hate it. This series is a lot of fun and there is always so much detail in the illustrations. In this title, Nancy has an elaborate daydream about a wedding that clashes with the reality.
