Just Good Things: June 9, 2023

The air in DC is finally starting to clear. Thank goodness! We've been stuck inside for several days and that's been especially hard on our kiddo. My heart goes out to everyone who has to deal with these conditions every year.

Here's what made me smile this week:

• Had a wonderful long weekend getaway at the beach with my husband
• Bert's Bees cleansing oil
• Attended a fantastic online conference. If you're an academic librarian, CALM is a must attend (or rewatch on YouTube).
• Stealing the rye chips out of my husband's bowl of Chex Mix
• Clear annual skin check from my dermatologist
• Drinking a bottle of cold water
• This meme
• Yoga pants with sneaky pockets perfect to hold keys
• Kiddo saying, "Mommy! I like your striped dress."
