Just Good Things: January 5, 2024

Daycare is back open. Huzzah! I love our kiddo but it's nice to get a break when school reopens. Plus, she definitely missed her friends over the holidays.

Here's what made me smile this week:

• The husband surprised me by doing laundry
• Really good catering at a work event
• Kiddo looking like a snowboarder girl in her pom pom hat
• My office space heater
• Making myself a snack lunch
• Getting a fresh start in my new bullet journal
• Winning a "listy" for my post on a local list-serv (there was even a trophy!)
• Kiddo trying to sing in French
• S'mores
• Laughing at the antics in our family text group
