Just Good Things: January 19, 2024

It's still snowing! I knew we were getting a few hours of snow today but I thought it would be done by now. While the flakes are easing up, they are still coming down from the sky. The view our our windows is quite pretty.

Here's what else made me happy:

• Kettle cooked potato chips
• Coming [thisclose] to finishing our first research article
• Having the ability to work from home
• Fuzzy slippers
• When newsletter authors reply to my comments
• Having a few decent candidates for our hiring committee to interview
• Watching playoff football
• Making a decent dent in my computer file clean-up work
• Enjoying a tasty lunch out for restaurant week
• Sledding with my kiddo
• Sneaking a few extra minutes of sleep
• Behind the scenes documentaries
