Just Good Things: February 23, 2024

Earlier today, I presented at an online library conference. Whenever I do a presentation, I always plan for about half content, half Q and A. Sometimes that means we wrap up early, but today I had a lot of questions. I love it when people want to keep chatting!

Here's what else made me smile:

• Kiddo went back to calling me "mommy" instead of "mom"
• Almost 200 people attended my conference presentation today
• Putting homemade pickled radishes on my sandwiches
• Beautiful mountain views on our drive out of town
• Napping in the sun on a giant beanbag chair like a cat
• Family lip sync to Frozen on the drive home from daycare
• Hot tub!
• Putting together jigsaw puzzles with my friends
• Holding a friend's baby
• Library with a long wait arrived faster than anticipated
