Just Good Things #27

I am on the second day of my planned two days off from work... while my kiddo is in daycare. I have been so productive that I think I should pat myself on the back. I love my kid, but it's a lot easier to get things done when I'm by myself.

Here's what else has been good this week:

• Lucked out multiple times and got a parking spot in our building's lot
• Lots of sunshine and clear blue skies
• Started a fantastic new podcast and got to binge half the episodes while tackling mundane stuff
• We donated a bunch of things and now our bedroom looks less like a storage area
• New sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom
• Snuggling with my kiddo while watching one of her movies
• A brand new shower curtain liner. So clean and clear!
• A great haircut
• On the way to daycare pick-up I made eye contact with a gorgeous and happy dog while stopped at a red light
• A sparkling clean home (that no one messes up for a few hours)
