Just Good Things #23

It's a rainy in DC. So rainy that the gutters are basically small rivers. This morning, I was thankful for my knee high rain boots. They kept my feet dry as I stood in one of those rivers in order to get the kiddo out of our car during daycare drop-off.

Here's what else was good in my week:

• The local restaurant we always order dinner from on Fridays reopened after closing for a minor remodel. I missed their tasty sandwiches.
• We made pumpkin oatmeal balls as a family. It was a lot of fun on a cold day.
• ​Our kiddo "salt bae"-ing pepperoni onto our homemade pizza.
• I hung four pieces of our kiddo's art up in my cubicle. They make me really happy.
• I bought a new plant for my cubicle. 
• Being able to turn to my fellow moms for conversation and support when I need it.
• A new pack of Triplus Fineliners.
• Being able to watch the rain pour down while I am working inside.
