Kid Reads: July 9, 2026

I read a lot of books with my kiddo. Kid Reads is a biweekly look at what we've enjoyed recently.

Unicorn Diaries Series
Rebecca Elliott

I don't know where the kiddo first found this series, but we've now gone through at least five of these books. In fact, the last time we were at the library, we cleared them out of what they had. The stories are cute and written in a diary format. Each book chronicles one week of unicorns at their school. The illustrations also give off a mixed media vibe. The layering is pretty neat.
