Just Good Things: June 14, 2024

Today, it struck me that I should be grateful the husband and I have the same taste in coffee. We drink it daily, prefer dark roast, and take it black. It makes things so easy. We never have to worry about cream or sugar. When we travel, we can fill each other's travel mugs and go. On top of that, we even enjoy the same flavored beans when we want a treat.

Here's what else made me happy this week:

• Kiddo's joy at seeing her tie-dyed shirt unfurl
• Having a real partner through the hard parts of parenting
• Dance cardio workouts
• Auditory nostalgia while watching an older TV series
• My speaking proposal was accepted for a conference I love!
• Kiddo swinging on a rope while in her Wonder Woman costume
• Had to call our insurance company and it was not a PIA
• Booked my birthday facial and massage
